Deepening my commitment to being able to recover from my addiction to PMO is the next step. Taking small steps to find my way out on Nofap.

Focused on creating new dopamine pathways and exercising for my physical and mental health. Commitment to rebooting is commitment to improve
I’m doing my best to completely recover from my addiction to PMO. I expect it will take many years and affect many facets of my life. NoFap!
Never give up your fight against addiction to PMO. Addiction won’t ever surrender, and neither will I. Have a good weekend everyone. NoFap!
I’m relieved to say that I am firmly planted in the recovery phase of overcoming my addiction to PMO. Reboot, recover, and celebrate NoFap!
In an attempt to be/just feel sociable, I engage people, conversations, behaviors, and thoughts that aren’t good for me, or (imho) society.
With all the problems, shame, regret, and damage to health and relationships, people who dedicate themselves to rebooting are my heroes. NF!
With Nofap I’ve been able to deepen my level of care for myself and others in this community. My sense of compassion, ignited by being here.
I wanted to leave but I can’t do it just yet ‘cause my journey is not over. I still have room to improve, so what better place to do it. NF!
I must learn to detach. Loneliness lead me to become addicted to PMO, and now Nofap. I feel connected here, but I’m still lonely irl. Ty NF.
I suppose it’s time to leave Nofap. I’ll miss all of the good people I meet here. I’m just a 60 year old PMO addict anyway. Wish me luck ;-)
Lost access to my account and opened a new one. I couldn’t imagine not being able to reboot without Nofap. Feeling a little like a loser. NF
