Hi, Buzz Senex here. Thanks for the video you made. Nowadays whenever I feel the urge I just go out of my room and take a walk for 5-6 mins or listen to some music. I realized that this is a slow process it'll take time but I'll get there. Cheers mate! :)

I got this rule (and other things) that a random alarm reminds me off 40 times a week. "Today I am PMO-free" and "be grateful" etc.

Bought vitamins to make sure I'll get enough, zinc, magnesium vitamin A,D and C + I avoid sugar (this appears to help your testosterone)
