Thank you Kvothe! I spend almost the entire that with my laptop/gadgets for work and leisure. I need to put the gun away when I'm not working or maybe work only with company so I don't harm myself. Thank you so much for that dark but brilliant analogy!
So my work is mostly on a laptop as well. I've had to put a technology ban on myself, except for working hours. For those working hours, I'm literally on a work laptop so I can't use that to research risky material. Unethical and down right unprofessional, so that helps. Having a high speed internet connection and a browser at the ready, is the loaded gun.

Thank you for the support my friends. Today I may take the challenge a bit further, as my deadlines approach.. I will be having to meet co workers who sometimes dresses in way I would normally get aroused by. But not today my friends. I’m going to practise what I’ve learnt. Wish me luck
I would recommend starting a journal in the age appropriate reboot log section. It can be a tremendous help.
Honestly join about 3 challenges. The X-days one are fine but the themed ones like Army Ranking and Duels of NoFap add in an extra layer of enjoyment and accountability to this! When you feel like you are going to publicly lose a duel or an army rank because of a relapse, you really do think twice about it!
