Been lifting 4 days a week since my counter. Ran for the first time in a year or so; surprised that I ran longer than ever before. 5mi

6 weeks in. Cook a new recipe/food once a week; go to church every Sunday. Writing music more. Grateful, and very blessed

Easy week; living deliberately. I feel secure, no cravings, just enjoying life. Helping others and finding time for myself too.
