Relapsed again. This week has been tough dealing with PMO...

that is an amazing accomplishment so take a minute let that sink in! Feeling deflated is understandable. But what did you learn about yourself? You now know you have the strength to keep going because you didn’t disappear! you know more about what made you backslide and knowledge of how it feels when you are beginning to head towards a relapse! Keep it up! But talk it out too we we here to listen and help you.
