      I've had the worst NoFap month yet. I haven't surpassed a month. A few binges. But I remain determined. Day 1 drawing to a close.

      Day 7 and I've relapsed! I feel completely fine though:P! Didn't spend an hour edging first so that helps. A week is solid, now I want 2!

        Begun edging, maybe lasted 10 minutes and realised, "I need to finish this off or it will just become worse." As of now, about 2 minutes later, I feel OK. Once a week is far from ideal however is no longer abusing yourself. I will come back stronger, off the back of 7 days and not 3! Here I go lads!

        Managed to fight it successfully! Day 6 was a no PMO day! Certainly wasn't easy and it has triggered me slightly... the image burnt into my mind but there is no improvement without resistance!

        Your problem mate, is that you allow yourself to edge. This is more damaging than simply masturbating until you cum!         The first days always left me wishing I could just hollow in the pit a little longer but it was never wise to do that. I guess as the streak goes along there's always that part of me that relaxes... so I agree... they're the worst but overcoming them prepares for the best! A pmo free life :) #let_the_tough_get_going

        You're not alone. We've all had that feeling. I personally hated it. Still do. But you can get over it. You can choose to let go of that moment and choose to change right now. Specific goals are important but patience with yourself and embracing your progress is just as :) don't give up

        Stop thinking the day is relevant. It's a mental block, if you associate certain days with failure, you will always struggle on that day. Instead see it as a transition. You just push through. Good luck.
