    Bad news: I relapsed today with PMO at late 2 am and MO at 7 pm.
    Good news: I learnt that my patterns are getting predictable.
    I will never stay up late again. I will never go to the library alone ever again.

    I am grateful for myself being organized by writing a to-do list every morning (3 Things I want to get done today). I'm usually a very disorganized person which is why I get stressed and anxious so easily that I relapsed.
