So I was wondering, could I join in on this what's app If so how do I go about it and how do we get started with that. I think the majority of you all are in the UK ? there is a time difference but I'm cool with that. I think it would also help me. I'm now going on day eight and there's a lot going on in my head. This is really a powerful addiction/mind fuck. PS I'm not that smart on the computers at this point I have always had a secretary. :)

Whatsapp is a phone messaging app. A few of us have a group and we check in each day and offer encouragement etc. I find it really useful as it's a bit mour instantaneous that here.
