worthless than dirt. I completely understand that was due to acting horribly. Surely I don't blame addiction, I am now responsible for recovering. It is my fault for feeling more worthless than dirt if I choose to use again.

For me recovery is also about basic human behavior which is completely grounded in the mundane.

I suppose from a certain perspective the spiritual is not separate from the secular.

Religion is somehow confusing to me, very confusing. Anything that can be defined by words is not yet spirituality, just my opinion. Anw, wish i could be mindful every single second. Speak is cheap cuz i always forgot that. To summarize pmo is just the absence of the spirit to me.

Also perceptions are still warped. Desperation and humiliation are consequences that will fade with proper work on recovery.

I am sorry dirt is not worthless. My addict personality is. Recovery is about changing that addict personality.
