I'm not sure if I could finish the whole portion. But I will make it from nothing to something as much as I can within the time I left.

Running away from studying due to exam fear and stress will only make it worse at the end.

My exams will start after 5 days. I need to prepare for it. Got a lot to cover. Time is running away.

My goal is to @Make+VeResultsEverySec but I failed to achieve that. feeling sad ofcourse, but not disappointed.

A month of NoPMO does worth a lot. But I was not productive. wasted a month with watching 'Late night show' clips on YT.

Yeah, I made it to a month. but still I'm not satisfied. Although I was abstain from PMO, I was still immersed in Internet.

well, 2 weeks of NoFap. Feeling great

Yeah, its getting. The 'urge'. For me its an opportunity to rewire the Brain. So yeah come on.

Focus: Thinking+Watching+Listening+Feeling+Talking, only about what you are doing at the moment....

focus and self discipline is the key to produce results. and it is the key for success.

Brain will be rewired only if I overcome this urge. If there is no urges, It won't rewire even in a long streak.so its all up to my decision
