Starting to feel fortitude to weather my difficulties.

Feeling at peace, even in the turbulence.

Didn’t even think about P&M this week.

Freedom from these habits has shown me that my attitude is a choice.

Feeling free from that constant need for release

This is a wonderful way to live.
