day 9/14 I know this is the streak. I am tired of feeling the pitty & I'm declaring it now. change is coming.
day 8/14 I lack a sense of urgency & I believe me lacking a routine probably effects that but i want to make it natural. Any tips?
Set up a routine. Decide a time you get up, have a bath get ready. Decide a window for your meals, workouts, work/studies.. See how it goes?

day 7/7 completed! I almost slipped up three times but fought the urge. 20 days is new goal.

Note: I’ve fallen from 138 days because I looked back for the motivation that got me started on day 1. The old got worn away. It propelled
Start, but when I reached a new level within my commitment I needed a new blueprint for that level. What works on level 1 isn’t what works on level 2, 3, or 4. The blueprint needs to be updated and adjusting to the new layout of your challenges on that level. Keep the commitment but spend time on updating the blueprint because it works!
This is actually needed to assist me in my blueprint for level 1. Same commitment, same challenges but they are experienced & updates because they know my old ways. But any player who has played this game for a while knows that the same strategy doesn’t work on new and stronger challengers. It’s time to update and apply pressure.
