Went to the gym. Ate healthy and read very few pages. Started week 2 of kegel routine. It's harder than week 1. Gonna go to bed.

This was day 8, good day.

Ate a big meal, played guitar, talked to my Nofap AP on a call, read and took my dog out. Its 7:17 and I already wanna go to bed

Have not fapped so far. Started a practice of observing my body amd reactions. Any urge to scratch or change positions I just observe

This is day 5, kegels and reverse kegels are still going.

Day 2 keeping up with kegels routine and also reverse kegels.

Day 2 on course, coocked brwakfast, made the bed, took out the trash, cut some pinapples, washed the trash cans.
