  • Day 8: Tough again harder and stronger urges, even "blue abdomen" I was very angry today too. And I think I have seamen retention sickness.

    After dopamine detox: I feel happier and energetic day 2 had ended a little shorter due to a circumstance... (Part 1)
    Day 7: Strong and frequent urges. But I do now have the desire to talk to women. And my mental health is at it's best!
    DD Day 1: I am extremely bored the fan in my room was the most fun thing there is. But I am happy to start tomorrow. I feel happier.
    Socialization and sugar. Also I will track my detox days and NoFap days in a paper journal and tell my results. See you all soon. (Part 2)
    Pre-Dopamine Detox: Starting tomorrow I will be doing a 2 day detox. I will be away from technology, Music, Reading, Minimum... (Part 1)
    Day 5: No urges today. Confidence is still here, I am much happier and I am more active. I did not get outside as much today it is to hot.
    Day 3: I had a handful of urges. My confidence is growing and I had also started getting the habit of doing hygiene care. I am feeling good.
    Day 2: Just a little bit of urges, nothing serious. I will be outside more often as I was today and I feel good. And I am sleeping 8+ hours.
    Day 1: I only had a few short urges, but nothing too serious. I have most urges and depression at night so I will be going to bed earlier.

    Thank you jradlr. That is a good idea, this comment also made me think of doing a dopamine detox. I will just need to do more research on it. Thank you!
