    Hello,
    it appears that you want to write statuses of your progress on your profile. However in order to do that, you have to point your mouse on your profile name on a black bar at the top of the page, and then go to 'Your Profile Page'. That is the wall of statuses of your profile :)

    Hello, I don't think it is because of NoFap, as abstaining may give you brain fog, make it hard to concentrate etc. but not sickness as such.

    Hello :}
    You need to go to "Update Day Counter" as you did and then choose the Date since when you have been abstaining. Then choose hours. After you press Submit, it may take a while till the counter will start to show up in your bio, but it eventually will. The number on it means how many days you have already been abstaining.

Creativity is a natural atribute of humans and it is a gift at the same time. Creativity, doing what we are passionate about, is how we grow and evolve as beings who have not only physical, but also emotional and spiritual needs. P transforms us into our animalistic self if we let it, emotionaly it makes us feel drained, on spiritual level we feel emptiness. Its degradation. I want to have a family and be able to take care of them. I dont want to become a beast easy to be controlled and manipulated. Thats why I am here.
