On NoFap, I take consolation seeing that I am not the only one.

I've hit rock bottom. All that I can see is that there's no way to go but up.

I admit that I am in very bad shape.

I've been screwed up all morning. This afternoon, I must get myself unscrewed.

Only I can stop this.

Reading and posting on NoFap have at least helped me recover from a very bad spell.

There is an ultimate reason for me to be here.

Hay @DayOne44 was reading some old posts and thought I'd check in on you and say hi.

The problem is starting to flare up again, but I will make it through this night.

On days like today, NoFap reminds me I am not alone, and you guys assure me I am not the only one.

I feel so much better when I'm horny as hell, than I feel after I jerk off.

This is a time of turning and change.

After a time of absence, I return.

Today, I was put through Hell at work. I'm deflated and wounded. I will recover. And, I will rise again!

Woke up at ease this morning. Urges hit strong in the afternoon. This site calmed me down. Going to burn off energy with exercise now.

WarriorScarr is correct. Welcome to the Heirs, where we strive daily to improve not only ourselves as people but our lives in general. Change takes root most effectively when our environment is altered as well. After all, PMO is an escape from a life you are unhappy in. We can and will change that.

I'm awfully depressed today about things--EVERYTHING. Still, I have a lot of FIGHT in me. I will work to improve things--EVERYTHING.

Better days are coming . . . .
