    I have faced same issue in my life ..i use to be good in academic.. but when I do pmo .I use fell sleepy next day in college ..I use to think because of improper sleep last night im feeling drousy... But reality is porn consumes(drains) lot of your energy ... You need to rest you body a lot after pmo to come to your normal energy levels..
