Oh man, what is there to worry about? Now you're making me worried about you being worried :D It's a vicious circle you see :D It never stops. Stay in the present moment - no worries, no fear, no anxiety can survive at the present moment. All the worries are always connected with the future or the past ( bad memories).

Yes, that's part of the noise I decided to shut down and that's why I deleted it. Never missed it after that. Who need "500 friends" who are stalking my good time photos and yet they wouldn't even say hello to me if I met them in the street?
