Feeling much better -meds dose was too high so I'm back on low dose now. Relapsed today but with fleshlight and no DE, so that's good for me

Feeling a bit depressed. Not sure if it's NoFap though, as there's been so much other change in my life including other habits & ADD meds

5 days in, had first proper struggle overcoming an urge, but managed it! Olé!
