  Relapsed at Day 6. At least its an improvement. I used to relapse on Day 3 and 4. My goal now is to reach 2 weeks of NoFap.

    Yes but no pmo isn't going to fix those problems. Pmo just suppressed those problems. No pmo is only shining a light on the problems you have had all along.

  Deleted my browser apps on my phone because it makes me hooked into my phone - I spend over 2 hrs at it today - which ends up in a relapse.

  I'm felt energized when I woke up today. I got enough sleep thanks to me not using electronics at night yesterday. I'm less stressed now :)

    That’s a great idea. I get my news from a news reader and YouTube so I can skip over stories that are too negative and depressing. And I can carefully pick and choose what I want to watch or read.

    Hello, Des. Sleeping late (accompanied by sleep deprivation) has been one of my big triggers too. I think the reason is that you lose self-control as you get tired. I'm too early in my rebooting process to give much constructive advice based on my experience but I can say it's good that you're honest and want to continue the process. Don't give up, bro.

    We need to build strong habits and motivation that "overwritte" the PMO-associated ones. I'm trying to focus really hard on the fields of study I love. I want to learn a lot. And PMO along with other things (mostly internet-related media) are so harmful to your mind and intelligence that I can't see myself trading a rich life for myself for this little mindless pleasures that any animal could exploit.

  A good tip is to highlight the benefits of avoiding a bad habit such as PMO to make it seem unattractive. Do this whenever you got an urge.
