hello dude .Its morning here .Yesterday had been good. got some urge but manage to overcome it by immediately doing something difficult n productive like exercise and study .got some distraction but manage to study 4-5 hours (in 2nd half). and yea feeling active , light . and say what more u wanna know??

Do you know the book "Atomic Habits" by James Clear? It gives very good insight in such habits. It helps me a lot while doing this as well.
