    #Day15, My balls were literally in pain yesterday, I thought it was from my leg workouts but turns out I just had blue balls.

    #Day13, almost two weeks, and slowly I feel the urges creeping in, fortunately, there's no single thirst trap on my socials, I made sure to clear such from my algorithm, I even subconsciously scrolled hoping to find haha.
    #DAY 11, came so close but didn't give in, although the day just begun I'm gonna put this here to lock in my progress. I will not give in to cheap gratification. maybe tomorrow maybe nextweek. But not today!!!!
    #Day 8 I've been reading Atomic Habits, and one rule of behavior change I found interesting was simply to make that habit a little bit harder to do, for example I stopped taking my phone into the restroom with me, that way the urge doesn't pop while in such a closed space. if there's something you do that helps please share also
    Went for a 5km run today and beat my personal best, now(23:15) that alongside being 6 days clean feels like one hell of an accomplishment, one week almost down

    5km is amazing! I can barely run one without needing to rest for a few minutes! Keep it up!

    haha, it's quite hard ngl, but there's this sense of fulfillment and courage that comes from doing it, a pure and healthy dose of dopamine. the exact opposite of fapping, so if you can run 2km or 3km. it'll do wonders
    just spent the last few hours clearing every sort of half-naked women and thirst traps from my TikTok and Instagram feeds, might not seem like much but all it takes is one cue to destroy week's worth of abstinence #Day3

    In my experience (as an addict), there is no balance. A little PMO turns into a lot of PMO and more experiences like what you described. There might be some sensitivity at first. Try to get past that. If it continues to be a problem, look for other solutions, not PMO

    Apparently, a study shows you're more likely to have these kinda dreams sleeping stomach facing downward. Adjusting to a different position might just be another challenge

    Interesting study. I feel more aroused when I'm resting sideways. Maybe my brain is used to that specific position because it is the position I'm in when I do the 'deed'.

    From reading about this, many have reported that urges decrease in time. And also they decrease in intensity. The beginning stages are the toughest.
