    [*]The impact pornography use has had on your life: I've spent thousand of dollars, hurt my wife again and again and again. Made myself into a zombie at times acting out with porn. It led me into promiscuous behavior and risked getting STDs, etc. It's just been bad all around.


    [*]Why you have decided to quit using porn. I have just had enough. I'm tired of being tired. Tired of being scared. I've been in SAA on and off of years but recently made a new commitment. So, I wanted to add NoFap as an extra program I can commit to.
