On my trial #3, relapsed 2 times since joining forum on 6/8/2014. Things I learned with each relapse
1) 2PM to 6PM is absolutely critical. Plan ahead for activities to do during that time-slot and follow through
2) Eating a big lunch often results in bad discipline afterwards. Avoid big meals and instead have 5 smaller meals a day (7AM, 10AM, 1PM, 4PM, 7PM)
