Hey Don, I've been doing some research into B12 deficiency and have seen quite similar symptoms as we experience on PAWS. Since you have recovered, could you please share your B12. Would be really helpful to check if I'm equating things rightly.

  I'm healthy and normal now. I had bad digestion in the first year. Wet dreams were rare. They still are for some reason, but I have them. They have no affect on my health.

Officially 2 years no pmo today 10/1/20. post acute withdrawal finally faded after 4 years of infernal hell! Everyone can get better.

  I was actually still feeling regularly shitty at 16 months. I'm 20 months now, and feel a million times better than at 16. I still have some cognitive impairment though. I won't post a success story until I'm really back to normal.

Wisdom teeth removed tomorrow: no gas, no sedative, no painkillers. Brain fog PAWS rages on. Prayers it goes well and I continue to recover.

1 yr. clean. Devil's still after me. Tough day today. PAWS is melting. Brain fog cycles are more varied. Recovery accelerated last 2 months.

2hrs. of undisturbed creative writing in a coffee shop. Outlined an 8 chapter arch for my main character. If I can do that, PAWS is healing.
