  This is true - I am happy with my progress. However, I felt I was really in command of my addiction for a period. It just goes to show that I must be cautious even when confident and things are going well. Thanks so much for your support!

Just passed day 21 and feeling great! Urges are there but not as bad as 1st few days. Really motivated to continue
