    I'm looking to quit PMO to forge a better life for myself. I want to read more, learn more, exercise, socialize, and be happy. I've been struggling with this addiction for a long time and have become smarter about how I handle urges. I want to hit a week, then 10 days, then 2 weeks, and then a month. Eventually I want to complete 90 days. I will keep trying until I no longer feel compelled to PMO.
