Day 3 strong urges, but I will not give up this time. I need to focus my mind on something else.

Day 1 very little urges to PMO

Day 0 finishing up my medical treatments. This should make me feel better.

Sorry guys. I have not been accountable for myself. I was lasting around a week or so. Hopefully coming back here will help me stay safe.

Day 0 Glad I made it to two weeks. I am gonna start following up on some of my resolutions.

Day 12 It takes so long to get past a week, but I feel like it is much easier now that I am in a better mindset.

Day 2: Feel alot better about myself. Really got disappointed at myself before.

I have reset my stuff and I am now working on small goals again. Hopefully atleast a week.

Damn... This time was the worst. Had trouble with it. This is really a kick in the ass because I am young. I am at a lost for words.

...days and beyond. I write this fast I am going to go to the gym. My new goal of 66 days of living is set. Good Luck Everyone.

...without PMO. I want to crush my record of 0 days of actually living my life; living in the moment. Hopefully now I can pass 65...

As i write this after a relapse, I feel invigorated with a new sense of inspiration. I now no longer want to beat my record of 65 days...

Day 11 feeling great, back in the gym and studying. Having some flashbacks and strong urges tho.
