I ve started doing something in my daily life----yoga,workout,taking my studies seriously,listing to some audio books for self improvement.
day18 has began.I was depressed about what am I doing with my life feeling good that at last I thought about that seriously..:)
Day11I ve just started to realize why ppl calls it h mode so many urges but gotta stay focused I don't wanna fall again so watching a movie.
2 days clean. It was hard to start again but the most hard phase has gone...feeling the recovery.gonna start gym form tomorrow.cheers!!!:)
