I know my username is a joke, I made it back when I thought that this site was funny, and I made a funny username. A year later, and I've realized the seriousness and how amazing this community is.

My story:
Every day I'd fap usually before taking a shower. I did that for years, until recently, when I spent a lot of time depressed. At one point I harmed myself intentionally, and I realized that I needed to find out what the hell is wrong with me. I called the national mental health hotline, and spoke about my habits and what I do. The person on the line pointed out that porn is a big contributor to depression, and I started to realize that the cause of my depression could be an addiction to porn. So, I went back to the NoFap community with sincerity this time. I'm committing to cutting masturbation and porn out of my life. I want to feel attracted to girls again, get a girlfriend, and feel focused.
