Relapsed again. Not giving up.

On 6/22/2024 I stopped doing PMO. I don't care how hard it's going to be; I will do everything in my power to keep it that way forever.
Celebrate the small wins; don't look too far ahead; identify at least one positive thing that happened every day
I'm never going to give up.
Today is June 5, 2024 and I promise that for the next 7 days, I will not do PMO.
This is not impossible. If others can do this, so can I. I have to remember this.
I've broken so many promises to myself over the years. But one promise I will never break is this: I WILL NEVER EVER GIVE UP.
I have the ability to leave PMO behind me, once and for all.
I feel like I've wasted my teens and 20's to this addiction. I'm 30 now. I'll do everything I can to overcome this before my 31st birthday.
It's getting really tough right now. Just focusing on one day at a time. I vow not to PMO today. I can do this.
