Share the burden, lighten the load. Community is a massive help.

Now past the two week mark. This is my 15th day. Triggers all around but I continue. Good luck to all fellows! It's worth it.

My 12th day. Keeping focused on purpose, not letting mental dips get in the way. Periods of calm and sense of peace.

This is day 10, going strong. Feeling much more alert and calm. Keep going my friends.

Taking time to engage in practical and fulfilling activities. This is my 6th day.

Connected with the community in my area. Positive step.
