It's what hyper stimulants do to our brain and the longer we do it the more the damage. We can't enjoy little things in life because our brain is numb from all that rush of dopamine and that's what makes us feel shit. And it's gonna feel like shit during the first 2 to 3 weeks of quitting but I promise it will heal itself and we'll feel good again.

I know, I was through that phase too. It's been 12 years of dealing with PMO and there were super dark periods that I don't want to remember. We operate on different timelines and have our unique life so you will reach that point at the right time.

climb, use that discomfort as a foundation and reason to not settle for that feeling, choose happiness.

I lost all hope as well. Life seemed boring and annoying. I felt there was no good in the world and that there was no point in trying to be better. I've been through all that and I think all of us do or did somehow feel that way. I still don't know what is my life purpose but I know that this is not making it any better and at least I have to try to fix what I can and see what the universe unfolds for me.

You just feel this way because of PMO. PMO weakens the body and mind, so this is the natural response, of course you are going to feel bad. PMO is just blinding you from the true happiness that is already inside you

I'm on day 10 now but I almost relapsed the first 3 days though stopped it. Just asked myself this: "So what?" and it kinda saved me all those three times.

been a while since i last time got to enjoy that kind of a mini paradise. about to enter that stage again in a few days. thank you for the encouragement :)

We think that it is the toughest thing to abstain but in reality, it is fairly easy to just not do sth but our brain wiring tricks us into believing it is so hard. It is definitely within your reach.

i already feel a great deal better than i do usual after such a short break. a pleasant feeling. also i noticed that cutting out fantasizing makes it lot better as well. it takes a lot of conscious effort to do but with time it gets easier to do. every time i fall for it, even if i dont do anything physically, it makes me feel somewhat drained mentally afterwards.

and doesnt matter if its about P related stuff, about my own experiences od the past or potential and/or unrealistic ones of the future. theyre the same in the regard that none of it exists. theyre only my desires forever to stay unfulfilled as long as im thinking of them. and the more i do think about them, the more energy (and time ofc too) i waste which makes it less likely id ever fulfill them anyways.

ive been eating fairly healthily already but its all the little things there and there, saying yes every now and then to stuff i shouldnt and "rewarding" myself or feeling like i deserve a treat and shit. nah monkey brain, you deserve to feel well in long term instead of whatever few second sensations these legal drug doses (sugar etc) give you
