Those feelings are the ones who take you there. Don't see them as an enemy, learn how to use them to encourage you to not relapse anymore. You have my support, I believe in you!

P addiction is a hidden disease, something we become entangled in like a cover over our eyes. It exists and pretends it’s something “socially acceptable” until before long we realise it’s addictive by which point it’s true colours are revealed and we feel trapped in it.

Don’t drag yourself into feeling like you are directly to blame, P had controlled your actions. But now you are back in control and can see, you can make things better.

Because life isn't easy. Guaranteed there are some things you do in your day to day life you don't even think twice about that I would have trouble facing, and vice versa. It sounds like you think you've betrayed your boyfriend in some way, so you should probably let him know.

None of the living humans are perfect. So. Yeah. Maybe give yourself a little space to just be you and working on things. I mean, there's a line you want to be across to be in a good place (a recommend). But, you'll get there. Not by torturing yourself over yesterday, though. Just keep working on today and be ready to do it again tomorrow.

Some guys on here have no control over themselves. These guys are idiots, who haven’t taken responsibility for their addiction and so blame all girls and women for it by saying they get triggered by pretty people. It’s really annoying . Have whatever avatar you want. If they can’t handle a normal person as an avatar, that’s their problem, you shouldn’t feel responsible for their failings.

Yeah :) my mum and brother both had bad hayfever, so we made our own honey since local honey helps with the allergies. Home-grown food is just the best indeed!
