    My brain, first of all, sees what exists, and refuses to buy into illusions. Nothing actually worked, or more accurately, not a lot has changed since I started my journal. I'm back at the starting point, of relapsing 4/3 times every few days.

    Solving the problem of addiction is not easy. This year I succeeded 140 times but I failed 214 times, but it's the best year in my life. I'm not giving up. It will take me maybe 1 or 2 more years. I don't care.

    Don't give up! I understand exactly how you fell, made a the same promise and failed at it. But then I understood it like this: "My promise to myself will only be truly BROKEN, if I give up". Start again, learn with your mistakes and never give up!
