    No problem! I liked it so much I went ahead and paid the $33 for the extras. So you are doing the 7 days of calm?

    yeah im starting with the 7 day calm, i was thinking of paying for it right away but i realized from experience ive bought things upfront and end up regretting it after, it doesnt seem the case for this but ima give it all the 7 days first and then decide after. what made you want to start meditating?

    I also waited after the 7 days of calm to buy. It opens up the 21 days of calm which is excellent! I have always wanted to get into meditation and realizing I had a real problem with PMO, I decided it was the time to give it a go. I have meditated every day since I downloaded the app.
