Keep going strong. May God give you the strenght to persist. Joe Rogan days if you do not do something for 90 days you unlearn the habit. Go for the 90 days mark.

I'm back on. Last time, I did 50 days. This time, I'll do 60. I know I can do it. By the grace of God I know I can.
A year later, I'm back on.
And the minute I start bragging, I slip up. It's hard to start over but this time I'll get farther!

As of right now, 12/6/18, I'm starting hard mode with a 90 day goal. I'm excited that I'm setting this goal for myself
