I mean, after how many days you can say you have no problems and it's easier to win fantasies and temptation to watch p and m.

Hi, I did not watch any TV for more than six years, which was a streak that started just before I turned twenty. It is doable but I found it useful to read a lot of novels. Maybe try self hypnosis if you want to strengthen your willpower? If you make reading a habit for your entertainment, you need the internet less. It is still important to get face to face interaction though. Hope this is of some use.
