It took two decades and lot of suffering to understand that I was a PMO addicted, specially with fetish contents.
Due to emotional problems in my teenager years, I developed this behavior probably to hide or escape feelings I couldn't deal with.
I have a girlfriend for the last 3,5 years but she is about to leave me cause I can't satisfy her sexual needs (and neither my own). Sex is rare and poor, low intensity.
Now I'm just starting this journey which I know will not be easy at all. Hope is the main feeling that fills my soul. Praying to have strength, determination, discipline, focus and count with my new friends of NoFap community!
