Once before I'm so ignorant to think that doing watching Porn is okay, edging is okay while doing No PMO(2022) and the result will always fail 100% for me when I look back at myself it is like laughing stock, now I'm enlightenment that No PMO all together is the only way, it was blessing help of kindness people in the internet of course with effort with ourself to study more knowledge from victim or predecessor/practitioner No PMO/fapstronaut.
-About 10 year PMO experience some in month I doing PMO everyday without sport or exercise makes it damage more worse I'm now about 23 years old(2023)
-Jobless( zero experience till now, I will tame myself and hope I get one this year if not is okay too I still have savings but it will run out at the end the point is I need to think all the possible way to earn some money in needed time..)
-Look back at 2019 and now 2023 it was 4 year trying when I discover NoFap it is bitterness experience every single day I FAP watching porn and fail myself because not have enough understanding what I'm going through it makes me fear altough I persistent gather material-material from internet with hope to reach knowing state. at last I arrived in true enligthenment. I'm glad so far to be able get enlightenment in the end.
