@futuremd99 First of all, congrats on your NoPMO streak. Keep going. Regarding feeling like a failure, don't beat yourself down. It is ok to feel bad. It will help you think. The outcome of your thinking is what matters. You can keep feeling bad or start marching ahead and build yourself into a better version of yourself.

That may be how you feel (still feel exactly the same now?) but try not to THINK that way too much. I actually think our thoughts may create our feelings. As for your resume, do one small thing to improve it (rewrite part of it, for example, after Googling which words employers like to hear). It won't be perfect, but it's a small step in the right direction.

Well they are nothing special but they help, like stay off screens at night, listen to some calming music before you go to sleep and the most rational one don't sleep on your stomach to avoid the stimulation.
