  Is there something that I said that offended you or what? I've posted to several guys & get no returns. I've been going on day 7 almost, doing better. Went for a run to get the tension off my urges. Trying to remain calm & clear mind of what I think/feel I need compared to the benefits & outcome from rebooting & a better life.

  I use "M" as an escape from anxiety. Pmo is a terrible suicidal addiction as u know. It has affected my sex life I don't know if you're married or not but I gave suffered Ed issues somewhat due to pm. Prayer is my right-hand tool for strength. How long have u been sober I guess u call it from pmo? Thx for the welcome I greatly appreciate it you're a good guy I can tell!

    I usually say "clean", but sober works too. I don't consider myself clean yet. However, I've been aware of my addiction for 3+ years and continue to grow and learn about my addiction and myself. I hope I'm worthy of your praise. You seem to be a good guy too. The fact your here speaks volumes. Even knowing this community is anonymous bearing our souls is still difficult.

  Hey Dude ditto your post on perfectionism. I struggle with that everyday. Right now this is my 3rd day, fighting back overwhelming urges to "M" no "P" as that is a ignitor for vast problems. I'm leaving work wife in bed & struggling not fo fap any words of advice.

    Start by determining why you run to PMO. Is it stress, loneliness, boredom, etc? Then devise tactics to combat those triggers like being productive, exercise, or even cold showers. Feel free to PM me if you want to talk. Welcome to the community.
