    Yeah! I was awake because that day I had slept in afternoon for 5 hours and at night I was initially watching movie explanations than I came across a really bad thumbnail.

    It's natural if you will think that you don't need to think about something then you will for sure begin to think about it, so instead of telling yourself not to think about it, find another topic to think about.
