I did it! I beat the urge. I thought for sure I was going to give in, but I didn't. I am stronger than I know.

Internet is absolutely full of triggers, you have to be so careful it's insane. Stay strong.

In future I need to fully disconnect when I have an urge, when im vulnerable the slightest lewd thing online can set me off for relapse
