I am addicted to porn for two decades now. I thought things will be alright with age, experience, partner etc. But all these momentarily pause my porn addiction. But its persistent throughout. I learnt that if I didn't take conscious efforts to curtail it, this habit could stay with me for my life.
Now I am married to a beautiful lady, she has been a ideal match for me. I can't ask for more. We are compatible at all levels. Although we talk openly about my addiction, at times I hide from her my habits just keep a good husband image.
My hobbies and creativity has been badly affected due to porn and internet addiction. I played guitar and sang, but not I am most of the time in front of my laptop. Hardly practice or listen to music with open ears.

I have tried Nofap since 2015, I have a pretty good success, did a couple of 90 days challenge. But went back to my old habits casually. Its December 2019 as I write this, I am planning for a better version of myself in 2020. I want to challenge myself of going porn and masturbation free for the year 2020. I know its 12 long months. But with discipline and support of my wife and others in this forum I will come out refined.
