        Understand you dude, learn to talk with strangers . Always smile before talking to them and they will be receptive. Will make you feel less lonely! Talk with cashiers , random girls , old people , help some people where you can, talk with schoolmates , gymbuddys , coworkers. This really helps.Do a lot with your family!
