Ask yourself what made you relapse and learn from your mistakes brother, write your mistakes on a piece of paper and remember stop after one relapse do not continue assuming it as a day 0, it's not at your body level, your struggle didn't gone waste.
A simple question : Did you ask yourself what made you relapse?
If no then kindly ask so that mistakes cannot be repeated more than once write on a piece of paper and learn from your mistakes, meditate and no regrets.
Don't worry main thing is stop after one relapse, do not continue doing it again and again assuming day 0, it's not at your body level, your struggle didn't go waste, continue your journey and ask yourself what made you relapse.
Guys I relapsed. Everything was going well until Monday. I was struggling with urges trying my level best not to give up.
