Today is a very stressful day, no urges but I am being bombarded with my trigger emotions. I read " Going Deeper" and my eyes opened.

Will have an appointment with a sex therapist today! Received and email last evening from him telling me he can help!

  Covid-19 caused a cancellation of the meeting I was going to attend. It wasn't on the website.

  Bummer that it was canceled. I’ve been to SAA meetings before - it’s a great place to meet people just like you who are trying hard to overcome their addiction.
