    Thanks man I received no enjoyment out of it, it was purely self destruct and self pity yesterday. I am back on it, day 1. Don't want to be hyped up or jump around about it making big statements, I will see what happens. Don't take my blasé attitude as not committed or determination I believe it is just pragmatic. I am here with you and appreciate the support. Keep your progress going.
