I did it a was able to control for 13 days..previously Im adaily pmo ..my next target 40 days

I relapsed after 11 days .. This time the guilt was very little and self confidence was high ... My next target is 12 days !!!..

More or less everyone sorry in nofap is similar ,, anxiety ,mind fog ,,mood swings ,, depression,, so all our lives are fucked by porn

I use to feel anxiety every night before going to bed .To suppress anxiety i use to PMO ..IAM worried anxiety will have -ve on my body..

I relapsed and is was not taking this seriously untill my body started saying it can't take anymor

I relapsed last night. 10days is a big thing for me. I thought I couldn't do even 7days. Im restarting with much confidence than last time

Like most of the stories, I am also a PMO addict. I was never able to stay clean for more than 1 week in my life.
